referrals
Our clinic is equipped to accept referrals from other clinics such as minor surgeries and procedures including gastroscopes, routine and cryptorchid castrations, eye enucleations, dental extractions, hernia repair, and wound repair. We are also able to accept referrals for treatments such as shockwave therapy, acupuncture, and stem cell injections. For any referral requests, please download the form below, and email it to reception@klavc.ca along with any medical records. Please note that this form must be filled out by the attending veterinarian.
